Can I mix and match assessments?

Absolutely. Each credit works for any of our four assessments. Use all 4 credits on different people taking the same assessment, or have one person take all four — it's completely flexible.

What happens to unused subscription credits?

Unused credits roll over for one additional billing cycle. For monthly plans, credits last up to 60 days. For annual plans, unused credits from Year 1 carry into the first month of Year 2.

Can I top up credits on a subscription?

Yes. Subscribers can purchase additional credits at $15 each — a significant discount over one-off pricing.

Are these assessments scientifically validated?

Yes. Each assessment is based on established psychometric frameworks: DiSC (Marston, 1928; Geier), Big Five (Costa & McCrae, 1992), Emotional Intelligence (Goleman, Salovey & Mayer), and Work Values (Schwartz, 1992; Deci & Ryan, 2000).
